Under the expertise of Chef Manuel Camisuli, we are committed to a high level of Mediterranean cuisine with a hint of Asian cuisine honouring the past and bringing back dishes that marked a golden era.

Two chefs from the region with more than 15 years’ experience share the Félix: Manuel Camisuli is in charge of the Mediterranean cuisine and José María Vieira is in charge of the Japanese bar.
